Melanie Spanko

Melanie began her dance training at the age of 4, learning ballet, tap, modern, jazz, gymnastics and musical theatre. She has trained with Princeton & Jeoffrey Ballet Companies and attended NYU as a dance major.
She has spent the past 8 years as an instructor and professional competitor with Arthur Murray Dance Studio. Competing across the nation, she has won the title of Future Champion in American Rhythm as well as other top placements. She is currently seeking a dance education degree and looking forward to bringing the joy of dance into the public schools. She is also eagerly anticipating upcoming competitions with her Cary students and professional partner, Robert Wright.
